Getting Started

Building your dream home, shop, pole barn, or custom space is an important and exciting journey in your life. We understand this can also feel overwhelming. To help you navigate this process, we have outlined some important steps to bring your vision to life with confidence and comfort.

Step 1:

Determine Your Budget

The first step is to establish a budget for your project. We know that discussing finances can be daunting, but this is a great time to talk with your bank about securing a pre- approval loan if needed. We’re here to support you all the way.

Step 2:

Find Your Floor Plan

If you’re still on the lookout for a floor plan that resonates with you, we’d love to lend a hand. Our caring staff at Ever Trust Construction, LLC are dedicated to
collaborating with you to create a design that feels just right for you and your family.

Step 3:

Set Up a Meeting

with Our Sales Team

When you’re ready, we invite you to meet with our friendly sales team. This meeting will allow us to delve into your ideas and provide you with a detailed quote for your building project. We will work together to discuss your design preferences, location, and finishes, ensuring that your dream becomes a reality.

Step 4:

Draw Up Preliminary Plans

This is such an exciting milestone! Seeing your dream take shape in preliminary drawings is a thrilling moment. These plans will prepare you for securing financing, and we’re here to help you make any adjustments along the way to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

Step 5:

Sign the Contract

and Begin Construction

Once any final tweaks are made to your plans, we’ll be ready to sign your contract and embark on the construction of your dream. You’re not alone on this journey – we’re committed to making this process as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you.

All of us at Ever Trust Contruction, LLC are excited to partner with you in making your dreams a reality!

Let’s take this journey together, step by step.
